About The Role

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from a leading institution.
• 4+ years of experience in acquisition marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital advertising and performance marketing. A focus on lead generation is highly preferred, showcasing an ability to effectively attract and engage potential clients. We are open to considering candidates with less experience for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist role.
• Experience in managing digital ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads, with a preference for candidates knowledgeable in TikTok and other emerging platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively and drive marketing efficiency.
• Strong analytical skills and a preference for making data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices, particularly in the B2C sector.

Compensation

Performance Marketing Manager: Basic monthly salary of $6,000-$9,500 + stock options.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute product growth strategy in all market segments
• Understanding the marketing mix concept – managing 4 Ps
• Product and inventory management of appointed product lines
• Conceptualizing of marketing programs, developing of channel and end-customer demand generation

Requirements:
