Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and young executive to manage the office and support the operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the CEO or a Senior Executive designated by the CEO;
• Manage the Office and liasie with external service providers such as the accounting firm, the office cleaner and delivery and transport companies
• Arrange meetings for the CEO and take minutes of weekly meeting
• Keep track of leave application of staff
• Support the Production and Tech Support to obtain quotations, produce and delivery of robots
• Arrange for travels of staff

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business or Office Management or a related field;
• At least 1 year of experience in office management and/or sales support role;
• Good communication and organisational skills;
• Willing to learn and work hard.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accounts receivable/payable

• Monitor AR ageing reports and follow up on accounts receivable

• Perform monthly reconciliation such as bank, inventory, account payable reconciliation

• Perform quarterly GST reconciliation and submission

• Handle inter-company billing and settlements

• Handle company full-set of accounts

• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditor

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Minimum LCCI/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant accounting and/or audit experience

• SAP B1 knowledge preferred
