Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Human Resource in all daily tasks and matters in the Human Resource Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies of the rental and leasing division, focusing on short-term, long-term, and corporate leasing solutions.
• Lead market research initiatives to identify new opportunities and monitor competitive trends.
• Safeguard and enhance the company’s brand identity and reputation.
• Manage all digital marketing channels, including website management, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
• Efficiently plan, allocate, and monitor the marketing budget, ensuring positive ROI.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
• Analyze marketing data to track performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate marketing innovations into your plans.
• Report to both the CEO and Sales Director to align marketing goals with broader business objectives.

Requirements:

• Tertiary degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant marketing experience, with a proven track record in rental or leasing industries.
• Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools.
• Skilled in using analytics to drive decisions and track marketing effectiveness.
• Strong analytical skills to drive data-driven marketing decisions.
• Experience in the automotive or rental industry is highly preferred.

2. Assist the team in writing manuscripts, recording and editing videos and editing pictures. Conceptualise, design and provide copywriting for marketing collaterals

3. Manage various social media platforms and other marketing channels to build and enhance the company's brand awareness.

4. Maintain and improve the company's image, and promote the expansion of the company's sales market.

5. Able to take on ad hoc tasks and administrative work assigned by the company.

6. Perform other ad hoc duty as required
