10. Initiate Customer Complaint Report to ensure that the complaints are promptly and efficiently dealt with
11. Submit monthly report and sales forecast
12. Liaise with technical department to resolve concrete related issues, troubleshooting on site and trial mixes

Our esteemed client, an established company, is searching for a HR Manager (Retail Industry):

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full range of HR functions, including manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage manpower sourcing and planning, handle work pass and quota issues for foreign talent, and conduct job postings and interviews.
• Manage the entire performance appraisal process, including overseeing annual increments, promotions, and succession planning programs.
• Review compensation and benefits programs, and implement HR strategies, initiatives, and policy guidance aligned with overall business objectives.
• Collaborate with management and business units to improve the work environment, strengthen employee relationships, drive engagement, and enhance productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in an HR generalist or partner role, with experience in payroll, preferably within the retail or service industry.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.

  Working Hours: 5 days, Mon Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
  Salary: Basic Up to $6,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
