The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of 19 retail stores, leading Retail Managers and Operations Support teams to ensure operational excellence and seamless customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Retail Operations Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of retail stores, including inventory management, store layouts, visual merchandising, and customer service excellence.
• Operational Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent, efficient, and high-quality operations across all stores.
• Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Monitor and analyze store performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement, and implement effective action plans.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of Operations Management experience within the Retail / Travel Retail / FMCG industry specifically being familiarized with the Liquor & Tobacco product category
• Proven track record of managing retail operations and managing a large team
• Proficient in Ms Office Suite
• Proficiency in spoken / written Mandarin to liaise with clients from China
• Comfortable to work on weekends/PH when required
