Digital Risk & Compliance (DRC) professionals transform the risk, regulatory and compliance management function from a series of isolated transactions to one of strategic scope and importance, encompassing all aspects of the entity, including investment, financing and operating decisions.

Engagement Management

1. Manage project work or selected work streams in RR&C service line

2. Supervise a project team in all components of strategy and governance, process excellence and

integration, regulatory reform, performance insights and execution

3. Assist clients throughout the full lifecycle of project implementation, integration business process

redesign, communication and training, etc

4. Work with client's business units, including Compliance, Risk Management, IT, Internal Audit, Legal,

Strategic Planning, Analytics and Finance to gain thorough understanding of the corporate risk processes

and procedures development

5. Identify, define and document complex business specifications for risk platforms and procedures

Business Development

1. Maintain contact with client management, assume leadership role in pursuit teams, and participate in

all aspects of the proposal development process

Domain Development

1. Lead/ assist in the development of new intellectual capital for client, conduct leading edge research on

white papers, support development of marketing collateral, and assist in publishing articles in industry

periodicals

2. Experience within a consulting (preferred) and/or banking firm is essential.

3. Between 3 to 10 years of relevant work experience in any of the areas below:

o Enterprise risk management with deep understanding of risk governance, operating model, risk

identification and assessment processes

o Risk data analytics and reporting

o Implementation of IRM/GRC tools

o Control design, testing, optimization and automation o Operational resilience and business continuity

o Third party risk management

o Technology risk framework design, implementation and risk assessment

o Data quality and governance

4. Proven track record in project delivery and change management.

5. People management skills, with proven experience in leading teams, will be expected of Managers.

6. Excellent communications skills, and proficiency in MS suite, particularly PowerPoint

• Facilitate the development and implementation of sustainable energy projects in the maritime industry.
• Liaise closely with the sustainable energy team and other departments to contribute to the transition towards cleaner energy sources.
• Conduct research, analyze data, manage projects, and provide assistance in the creation of sustainable energy strategies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Environmental/Maritime/Engineering/Sustainability or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Good knowledge of maritime, renewable energy technologies and energy efficiency concepts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage teams in green building projects independently with minimal supervision.

· Review reports, presentations and project submissions.

· Review materials, products, technical specification and cost.

· Review all necessary calculations and simulations, such as ACMV system, lighting, landscape, ETTV/OTTV, energy simulation, wind simulation, daylight simulation, solar radiation simulation, etc.

· Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants, building owners, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.

· Coordinate physical walk through and detail measurement of the building related to ACMV, lighting, indoor comfort, etc, to analyse building system performance and propose improvement, if needed.

· Support marketing, sales, training, and administrative activities.

REQUIREMENTS

· Engineering Degree (mechanical, electrical, building science).

· Fluency in written and spoken English.

· Able to operate CAD, energy simulation, wind simulation, wind driven rain, and daylight software.

· Understanding of building systems particularly in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

· Comprehensive experience in Green Mark, LEED, GBI, Greenship, WELL, and other green rating system.

· At least 8 years of relevant working experience.
