UWCSEA is looking for a Development Manager (Major Gifts) to join the college.

Reporting directly to the Head of Fundraising, the Development Manager will help advance the College mission through direct fundraising, strategic communications and internal and external partnerships. The Development Manager will build relationships with major donors in the UWCSEA community to support a multi-million dollar fundraising target annually. Funds raised will support key mission-aligned priorities in areas including scholarships, sustainability and innovation. Job Duties:

1. Assist in providing administrative support / services as well as solutions meeting the needs for the Company and the Group.
2. Assist in creating, formatting, and proofread documents, including letters, reports, memos, and presentations to ensure accuracy and professionalism in all written materials.
3. Transcript of voice recording of meetings / phone conferences.
4. Draft, review & comments emails / agreements / documents for Executive director’s consideration.
5. Comfortable to identifying and evaluating legal and compliance risks within the company and the group.
6. Monitor and report on regulatory changes and developments.
7. Record and monitor deadlines, update status and tracking internal database / reports of relevant tasks / project assigned.
8. Administer and maintain databases / files; renaming, reorganizing, and maintaining files, folders, documents, and internal database (spearhead converting largely to digitally).
9. Assist in office management.
10. Carry out other ad-hoc tasks / projects assigned by Executive Director
