As the US Country Growth Senior Manager, you will:

• Be responsible for Castlery’s US sales as well as owning a multimillion dollar marketing budget.
• Create the overall growth strategy for the US market. You will build the one year growth strategy for the market while aligning to Castlery’s 3-5 years focus. The growth plan will cover localised approaches, categories, channels and UVPs with quantified impact.
