About The Role

We value the importance of having a robust Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs team that would serve as a key pillar for sustained commercial success. To that end, we are looking for a Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs Manager to join us on this journey. You will be part of our fast-growing team and will take ownership of your role from the get-go. You will work on ensuring our company’s commitment to comply with regulatory requirements and to maintain the effectiveness of our Quality Management System (QMS). You will also be in charge of our products’ regulatory strategies and submissions to various regulatory bodies. Your role will enable you to work not only with diverse functions internally but also in close tandem with our external partners such as our suppliers, distributors and notified bodies.

Your responsibilities shall include the following:

• Ensure the company’s QMS complies with ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR 820/QMSR.

Your Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science.
• At least 5 years’ experience in quality assurance and/or regulatory affairs in the medical device Industry.
• Firm understanding of ISO 13485:2016, FDA 21 CFR 820/QMSR and ISO 14971.
• Prior involvement in HSA, FDA 510(k)/De Novo and/or MDR 2017/745 submissions will be a plus.
• Experience in generating risk management documentation (risk management plan, report, FMEAs).
• Possess a leadership and strategic mindset to organize and prioritize tasks for effective and timely delivery of regulatory goals to meet the company’s business objectives.
• Certification as an ISO13485:2016 lead auditor will be advantageous.

Key tasks include:

• Ensure the proper establishment of First Choice teams in each country, allocate appropriate resources, and utilize these teams to identify operational shortfalls and drive improvements to enhance customer and employee experience.
• Leverage customer feedback and quality measurements to identify improvement opportunities, challenge leadership teams on the application of First Choice Tools at regional and country levels.

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the First Choice approach and methodology, enhancing knowledge management and best practice exchange in the APEC region.
• Develop a talent pool and nurture the First Choice Leads/Advisors community to further drive the continuous improvement culture in countries.
• Refine and adjust standard trainings and trainer instructions in collaboration with Global First Choice, and conduct train-the-trainer sessions for country-based Advisors.
• Coach Process Owners, Champions, and Advisors to effectively utilize DMAIC, perform complex data analysis/trending, and derive sustainable solutions.
• Maintain strong communication lines with Global and Country teams, ensuring that suggestions/requirement from the APEC region regarding the First Choice approach, framework, and tools are considered.

Purpose:

The owner of the role is responsible for Business Development, Sales & Account Management for the SOTAS product-line in the APAC region. Building financial & commercial offers and closing international deal for the SOTAS C4I Edge vehicle infrastructure Solutions in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Promotes and sells the SOTAS portfolio for potential opportunities to direct export customers or through/with the local Thales unit for the assigned countries. Main accounts:

- Sales & Account Management for Australia, working closely with SIX-Aus

- Business Development of SOTAS in the Asian region with a focus on Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, working closely with the local KAMs

- International UOR needs

• Provide daily, technical & diagnostic support to all importers / retailers within the Asia Pacific region to meet the customer promise

Position 2:

Job Responsibilities:

1) Product Support

• Provide technical product support to importers via DISS Monitor Level 2
• Provide onsite/remote support to markets using telediagnosis, often requiring a direct diagnostic tool connection to the vehicle, typically using ODIS-S, iDEX, ODIS-E, or CP-Tool

2) Technical Problem Investigation

• Organize customer’s car with the importer for vehicle analysis
• Investigate technical issues either on-site or remotely on behalf of Audi AG Quality Assurance, and/or Technical Development
• If necessary, initiate, coordinate and organise advanced analysis from expert team to obtain essential measurement data for further analysis
• Determine whether to distribute to the importer based on the sensitivity of data gathered

3) Competency Identification and Development

• Identify product support and market competency needs in the APAC markets and find solutions to enhance market competence through coaching, development, and training

4) Training/Qualification/Conference

• Actively organise and prepare technical training / qualification sessions eg. advanced technical service training (SoST), Resident Program, Product Support Qualification (PSQ) and Learning Online Training (LoT)
• Actively organise and support conferences such as the Regional Technical Conference and global SoST

5) Technology Advancement:

• Work continuously to future-proof technology advancement, innovate and promote advanced diagnostic/repair solutions to all importers

6) Technical Problem Investigation

• Investigate technical problems and provide technical product support to importers
• Monitor product quality performance and report deviations to Audi AG

7) DISS Management

• Manage DISS for Conventional engines and transmissions topics, providing high-level support for the APAC region
• Monitor the progress of DISS cases and ensure follow-up until each case is resolved

8) Field Monitoring and Problem Elimination Process

• Analyse monthly warranty and Tableau/AQUA/SQA reports to identify new technical problems in the region
• Initiate affected markets to kick off problem elimination process on newly identified problems by requesting Priority Customer Complaint (PCC) to be created
• Prepare and provide relevant data for escalation meetings, business review, monthly reports

9) Product Support Coordination

• Arrange video conferences with regional importers for product support discussions and escalation meeting preparation, where appropriate
• Arrange regular meetings or telephone/video conferences with Audi AG Quality Assurance Product Support division for follow-up on PCC/FAP/KPM topics

10) Market Liaison and Mentorship

• Support assigned APAC markets as part of the market liaison/mentor program, providing ad hoc support that may be non-technical in nature
• Monitor the development of importer performance KPI (STLI) for mentored markets, coordinate coaching as needed

11) Performance Review and Training

• Support relevant markets with performance reviews of KPIs and data analysis
• Identify product support competence at the importer level and coordinate necessary coaching
• Provide high-level trainings to enhance competence levels at identified importers

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Professional level in Technical disciple or equivalent
• With at least 8 years relevant experience in, Automotive Engineer or Automotive Technician/Electrician with Group Brands advantage

The National University of Singapore invites applications for Research Assistant (MACC) – SINGER Study Operation in the Department of Pharmacology, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine.

Our academic and research staff have outstanding research publication and grant funding track records in research areas such as cancer pharmacology, neuropharmacology, immunopharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and drug discovery and development. Pharmacology is the anchoring department for the Drug Discovery and Optimisation Platform (DDOP), Memory Aging Cognitive Centre (MACC) at NUHS, and the NUS Neuroscience Phenotyping Core (NPC). The Department also has a strong presence in University-level research institutes including the Cancer Science Institute (CSI), and the Life Sciences Institute (LSI) Neuroscience and Immunology Programs.

Purpose of the post

To assist investigators in conducting a large-scale lifestyle intervention study according to study protocol, Singapore Guideline for Good Clinical Practice (SGGCP) and other applicable regulatory and ethical requirements as well as institutional policies.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Research patient/Subjects Management

1. Gate keeping of the recruitment progress. Assist investigators in the screening and recruitment of potential patients/healthy volunteers as according to trial protocol.
2. Assist investigators in obtaining informed consent
3. Maintain and update screening log & enrolment logs
4. Schedule appointments for patients/subjects
5. Perform delegated procedures as required according to trial/study protocol
6. Ensure patients’/subjects’ compliance to trial medication / intervention
7. Label and dispatch specimens to the relevant laboratory as per condition specified in the trial protocol

Research Patient/Subjects Management

1. Label and store specimens in the condition as specified in the trial protocol
2. Trace laboratory and diagnostic reports (if any)
3. Assist the investigator(s) in adverse events / serious adverse events reporting
4. Perform high quality data collection through data collection forms or tools; Handle data entry and validation of study data
5. Maintain confidentiality on subjects and study data

Clinical Trial Administration

1. Plan, organise and co-ordinate routine trial study activities workflow (i.e setting up recruitment strategies and material & etc)
2. Provide effective updates to the stakeholder on the work done
3. Liaise with the relevant departments for logistic and finances related matters
4. Document and tabulate financial payments received and / or made to support the study
5. Up keeping study materials including procurement and inventory tracking.
6. Maintain Investigator Site File, tracking logs and ensure that all study documents are complete and up to date
7. Attend trial-related initiation, close-up and other trial related meetings

Secondary Responsibilities and Duties (20%)

1. Perform administrative duties and ad-hoc project as assigned by the Director/Manager

Qualifications

Degree in life sciences, nursing, or equivalent; candidate with medicine background will be of advantage.
