- Develop engaging content ideas and curate content

- Get involved with the process of social media campaign planning and project execution

- Liaising with the team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels

Qualifications

- Must have conceptualised at least one viral video or campaign launch for a brand/organisation worked with

- Strong command of English and communication skills

- Able to produce a variety of unique content ideas quickly

- Extensive knowledge and experience on various social media channels

- Well-organised with great time management skills

· Supports Managers and team through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

· Prepare reports and documents - generating invoices, DO, purchase orders and liaising with suppliers and vendors.

· General Administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, emailing, filing, maintain and tracking of data and documents.

· Responsible for day-to-day admin work.

· Updates records and maintains proper filing system.

Requirements

· At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative works

· Possess with a good customer service skill.

· Proficient in MS office,

· Some knowledge of MYOB software.

· Organised and detailed, can work independently.

1. Manage sales and marketing team and ensure that all the team job scope are being performed;

2. ⁠Manage and oversee the sales and marketing team duties and responsibilities;

3. ⁠Prepare daily meeting with the team to monitor and keep updated about the job status, job outstanding, Client feedbacks and etc.;

4. Prepare quotations, proposals, attend site visits;

5. Sales enquiries, meet the clients, and do follow ups to all quotations and proposals submitted to clients;

6. Liaise with principal clients and suppliers from overseas;

7. Improves products/services offers of the Company by doing market research and propose new products/services development and perform innovative future action plans;

8. Responsible to all Adhoc duties requirement from Sales and Marketing Department;

9. Report to Director and submit monthly reports and other required documents;

10. Oversee all incoming and outgoing enquiries direct/indirect and ensure that each one is handled in a proper, professionalism and efficient manner;

11. Prepare and submit project claims as per submission schedules;

12. Any other Adhoc duties assigned by Manager/Director;

Job Responsibilities:

· Oversee HR Department & manage the full spectrum of HR functions

· Assist in payroll related matters

· Manage and handle employee’s records

· Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation and issuance

· Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding

· Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matters

· Manage E-leave & E-attendance via ERP System, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee’s attendance

· Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.

· Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.

· Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner

· Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters

· Undertake any ad-hoc projects assigned by the superior/management team from time to time

Job Requirements:

· Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Administrative / Business Studies

· Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience. Working experience on worker management will be an added advantage

· At least 2-3 years of payroll related experience

· Ability to work 5.5 days/week (alternate Saturday)

· Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices

· Good communication, writing and interpersonal skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications

· A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently

· Able to start immediately or within a short notice

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls
• Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems
• Assuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues
• Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning; verify and prepare payment to sub-contractors
• Remain actively involved in the implementation of department strategies and initiatives such as service value-chain businesses
• Update Service information system and follow up with all necessary paper work diligently, timely and accurately for smooth operation of the department

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems
• Resourceful with good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills
• Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
• Possess Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
