Location: Bukit Batok, Singapore
Salary: $5800 - $7500

Working hour: 5.5 days, 1 alternate Saturday, Monday to Friday: 8:30 to 6pm (Monday will be until 6:30pm)

Job Description:
-Assist Senior Management in formulation of business strategies. Assist to build and sustain excellent client relationships and propose partnership engagement models (primarily legal considerations) for strategic partnerships and collaborations.
-Implements and manages the Contracts Department in all Pre and Post Contracts administration and Pre and Post Tender covering Procurement works.
-Oversees and work with the team on cost planning and preparation of tender submission.
-Oversees the team on invitation for quotations, negotiations, evaluation, recommendation, and confirmation.
-Engage various stakeholders to draft, review, negotiate, and implement contracts for marine construction projects, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal regulations, all terms and conditions are favourable and in alignment with company objectives. This includes analysing contractual obligations, terms of payment, deliverables, and any associated risks.
-Identify potential risks related to contracts and projects, implementing strategies to mitigate these risks.
-Check monthly progress claims.
-Evaluate subcontractor payment claims.
-Attend Client and Project Site Meetings. Meet with Clients and Consultants to discuss project, cost matters and variation orders.
-Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure contract -Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring compliance with contract terms and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
-Provide legal advice and support to functional units including drafting of contracts, negotiation, and contracts documents administration.
-Liaise with internal and external lawyers for dispute resolution.
-Drafting contractual letters to the Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors on Extension of time claims, etc.
-Maintain detailed records of all contract-related activities and provide regular reports to senior management on contract status, risks, and issues.
-Conduct periodic evaluations to assess contract performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive value optimisation.

Requirement:
-At least 8 -10 years of experience in contract management in construction industry, including experience with large-scale projects.
-Legal knowledge and experience with contracts are highly preferred.
-Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct to handle confidential and sensitive information, and adherence to ethical standards for establishing trust and credibility.
-Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in contract management software and tools.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to analyse complex contract terms, identify potential risks, and develop solutions to mitigate them.
-Meticulous attention to detail to accurately review, draft, and administer contracts. A keen eye for identifying inconsistencies, errors, or potential issues is vital to maintain contract integrity.
-Capable of prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing contract-related workflows efficiently.
-In-depth understanding of marine construction processes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements (contract law and legal principles).

1. (Professor Brawn Express) Daily Operations

Pre-Operations

· Clean work areas (Back & Front of House) and ensure clean environment before cafe operations.

· Check equipment & facilities to ensure all in working order and report faults / defects for immediate rectifications and maintenance.

· Prepare food ingredients, materials, and other items for café operations.

· Prepare and getting ready food items to be sold at kiosks.

· Ensure menu, visual cards and displays are in order.

· Wash and clean up of equipment and work areas (Back & Front of House).

Operations

· Display & replenish food items at Front of House.

· Manage sales of kiosk items

· Upkeep general café cleanliness and food safety.

· Operate POS registers & troubleshoot problems when applicable.

Post-Operations

· Close & tally daily sales and handover cash proceeds to Café Team Lead or designated staff.

· Wash and clean work equipment as well as work areas (Back & Front of House).

· Dispose of food scraps and trash properly.

· Take stock of sales quantity and wastage.

· Complete tasks on closing check list

· Prepare ingredients, materials & food items for subsequent operations.

2. General Duties

· Practice good hygiene & follow safe practices meeting the standards & guidelines set by relevant authorities and the school.

· Keep track of ingredients and food items as part of inventory management to meet optimal café operations and minimal wastage.

· Store & housekeep food items and equipment properly safe.

· Proper usage and maintenance of café facilities and equipment as well as timely report for any faults.

· Maintain quality of kiosk items per Café SOPs.

· Guide & support ASD interns and employees in kiosks’ operations.

· Assist in the overall order and stock taking of café materials and food items.

· Assist in the overall reporting and handing over of cash to finance department.

· Perform regular inventory checks.

· Carry out scheduled cleaning of café kitchen.

· Adhere to Eden School Profession Brawn Express SOPs and guidelines.

· Perform any other duties assigned by Café Team Lead and Café Operations Executive.
