1. Supervision of Employees / Drivers

2. Assessing the efficiency and technical proficiency of the team

3. Ensuring employees work safety / work process.

4. Resolving operational issues.

5. Monitor daily workflows to ensure operational needs are met.

6. Manage and fulfil Upper Management’s work targets / goals.

7. Prepare reports for upper management regarding operational issues.

8. Perform other operations related duties as assigned.

B. Competencies

1. Good communication skills and able to engage difficult personalities.

2. Active participation in engaging clients and fellow colleagues

3. Holds regular meetings for updating, gaining experience in slides presentation.

4. Gains experience in software development for logistics.

Class 3 License (preferably)

Able to perform skin and body analysis for new and existing customers

Exposures to a diverse range of beauty treatments, including skin, face, body, slimming, hair removal, skin whitening etc

To assist in managing the day-to-day Operations of the business with a focus on all service and operational logistics of the reservations and reception

Makes professional recommendations on products, treatments and service packages to customers

Responsible for staffing, staff development and training

Evaluate and supervise the performance of team members, and when necessary, provide timely disciplinary action including any written documentation

Arrange training programs and skill upgrading courses for company staff

Responsibly for Sales and achieving Sales KPI and target

Regularly evaluates business processes, procedures and systems, makes recommendations as necessary

Manage customers complaint on a timely manner

Job Descriptions:

- 5.5 days work week, Mon - Fri, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Sat 9:00am - 12.00pm

- Establish, make phone calls to potential customers, assess and qualify for sales development

- Create customer awareness regarding the company's services

- Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries

- Service maintains and develops existing/new customers through planned individual account support

- Prepare quotations for clients and handle enquiries

- Arrange sales appointments; Create Sales Opportunities
