About the Role

The Fundraising and Public Relations Manager/Senior Manager is a key contributor in achieving the annual fundraising target that enables the organisation’s overall goals to be met. The role helps to ensure that Daughters Of Tomorrow has a steady stream of revenue generation initiatives including but not limited to fundraising events, online campaigns and grant writing. Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Machanical Engineering from a recognised university

Additional Qualification: Certified welding inspector CSWIP level 2 and ASNT Level-II NDE Technician cert. Conversant with API 620, API 650, API 653 standards inn addition to ASME, ASNT etc.

Nature of Work:

Able to work independently with the complete quality control aspects of storage tank and Process piping Construction including process inspection, report generation, client coordination, testing and inspection.

Able to make Project Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans, Work Instructions and SOPs for various erection and test activites in accordance with relevent standards and codes.

Review engineering drawings, preparing Inspection & Test plan, Quality manuals, attending meeting with client on design and technical clarifications etc.

Managing a team of Quality control personnel and coordination with NDE personnel for performing NDE examination at work sites.

Basic Function of Position:

Schedule meetings and manage calendars, besides answering phone calls, emails, and messages. Taking accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings, helping with daily time management, running errands as requested and performing secretarial work, and providing senior managers with day-to-day administrative support.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Relief Director of administrative and other routine matters, allowing GM to focus on the management of the company
• Implementing Director’s instructions to the company, in strict accordance. Managing implementation issues and reporting back to GM on the degree of adherence and other feedback

What will I be doing?
