• Transform discussions of potential opportunities into actionable future plans with customers
• Maintain optimal sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
• Optimise GP and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
• Oversee coordination with relevant departments on meeting customers’ requirements
• Write up SOP for each secured customer and go through SOP with concerned operational parties to ensure that all understand the required processes
• Facilitate in resolving service issues with the customer as appropriate and requested
• Update all sales activities in Salesforce to ensure accurate and timely monthly sales reporting to the Country HOS and country / global management
• Develop and coordinate effective use of marketing collateral, materials and all customer related information with relevant team members in marketing and administration
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by the reporting manager and country / global management

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, or an equivalent field is preferred
• 5 to 8 years in sales positions in the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry is preferred
• Proven experience in business development and strategic account Management
• Strong market knowledge in freight forwarding, supply chain solutions, preferably with specialisations in certain industry verticals
• A sound understanding of leveraging a sales process to uncover customer needs, present appropriate solutions and close business
• Must have experience in working within a multi-national / cultural environment
• Strong organizational, business writing and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to multi-task and drive profitable revenue from multiple accounts
• Strong leadership qualities and motivation skills
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively across various levels with internal stakeholders

Payments & Commerce Partnerships team is responsible for developing and managing the relationships with companies that allow us to enable monetization of our products. We work cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, marketing and operations teams to develop new capabilities, improve user experience, and reduce barriers that prevent people from buying what they want.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese language to work closely with in-market partners speaking the same language.
• Sales-hunter or Business Development experience, comfortable with prospecting for new leads, performing product demos for customers and teaching them how to use the company's products or services. Ability to overcome objections and negotiate with leads.
• Proven track record, with 6+ years related experience in Payments, eCommerce partnerships. Capable of leading multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects.
• Strategic thinker capable of driving internal stakeholders to a consensus on important issues.
• Experience of working and negotiating with external business partners and vendors.
• Strong quantitative abilities and intuition, exceptional analytical skills
• Ability to project manage and problem solve

• Experience working in or with APAC financial services required deep relationships across financial services preferred

• Conduct community outreach and relevant need assessments to the elderly at a designated service boundary.
• Conduct care befriending services to frail and vulnerable elderly at their homes.
• Provide referral to help services for the elderly in needs.
• Recruit volunteer befrienders to assist with the outreach and befriending services.
• Train volunteer befrienders to provide monitoring and appropriate referral to support services.
• Perform administrative and reporting duties such as visitation notes, records and other necessary data and statistics required by the authorities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting officer.
