The Administrative Assistant, Ministry Support provides administrative support to the assigned Ministerial staff in carrying out the operational responsibilities of the Church and reports to the Church Administrator. The person in this position uses initiative and discretion in interaction with staff, congregants and visitors. Responsibilities

Ministry Support

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of assigned ministry including scheduling and coordinating ministry meetings, preparing and mailing correspondence, handling ministry posts and incoming letters, preparing ministry reports, presentations, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Gerontology, Social Work, Health Sciences, Education, or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the health, ageing, or community development sectors.
• Proven track record of developing and managing educational or experiential learning programs.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, including working with schools, government agencies, volunteers, and caregivers.

Position: Food Stall Assistant

We are in search of a flexible and reliable Food Stall Assistant to manage a variety of tasks at our food stalls in Dairy Farm Mall. The ideal candidate should be comfortable multitasking, from food preparation and assist in cooking to serving customers. This role requires someone who can efficiently handle all aspects of food stall operations, ensuring the smooth running of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Take orders accurately and handle any customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Preparing and serving food to customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
