Role Purpose

As a part of the People Services team, this role leads and manages the functions of HR Information Systems, HR Operations and Projects relating to new system implementations, integrations, enhancements, data integrity, processes, record, and data management. Role Purpose

To be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of designated Fleet of ships, reporting to the Fleet Director.

Role Accountabilities

· Be a visible driving force in promoting safety of crew members and all who may work on designated vessels, from stevedores to contractors, pilots to shipyard workers.

· Ensure that ships always meet statutory, class, flag state and environmental requirements as well as regional requirements where vessels may trade.

· For technical, operational and budgetary control of designated fleet of ships.
