[What you will be working on]

You will oversee and administer STB's business grants. This includes: (i) ensuring grants are effectively used to achieve tourism outcomes and meet tourism industries' needs, (ii) ensuring policy compliance, and (iii) analyzing and reporting the portfolio grant performance. Key work scope includes:

• Review existing grants schemes regularly and/or develops new grant schemes to ensure its relevance in meeting STB's strategies and the needs of tourism businesses. This includes enhancing the efficiency in the administration of these schemes.

We’re searching for a Manager to be part of our Facilities Department diverse team of talent. You will be the Subject-Matter-Expert for the Operation & Maintenance.

What you will be working on:

• To manage Cost Center budgets for Capex projects, expenses and headcounts including planning reviewing, tracking & reporting. Responsible for monitoring and controlling budgets within control limits.
• To manage facilities systems expansion & optimization projects:
  • Perform role of Project Manager to plan, lead, executing, monitoring, controlling and manage projects.
  • Lead and guide the mechanical team to execute the projects to meet project requirements and objectives.
  • Regular reporting to management.
• To manage facilities system operation:
  • Together with system owner keeping track of system operation to ensure system running smoothly with good PM management.
  • Perform problem solving, incident reporting, contracts renewal, parts tracking & ordering, bills & invoice verification and energy consumption reporting.
• To manage the team members performance review and appraisal
  • To mentor & coach the team to meet their annual goals and KPI.
  • Provide training and guidance to team member to improve their performance.
• To be the consultant and facilitator to solve complex problems
  • Execute analytical approaches to provide expert opinions.
  • Promote collaborative team work among team members.
• To manage compliance and maintain performance standards
  • Work as role model to ensure self and team to obey all compliances.
  • Setup & maintain good project plan, operation procedures and quality standards.

More About You:

• Min. Degree holder preferable in Mechanical / Electrical & other engineering.
• Min. 10 years in similar capacity and working experience in semiconductor manufacturing plants in facilities management.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently
• Self-motivated and able to work independently under high pressure and fast work environment.
• Certified Energy Manager (preferably)
• Knowledge and experience in mechanical / electrical / control system installation.
• Knowledge and experience in energy reduction project management.
• Experienced in semiconductor plant facilities project and hook-up works management.
• Experienced in CMMS software to manage all plant equipment listing, maintenance & work order follow-up.
• Possess excellent paperwork skills such as Power point preparation & presentation.
• Possess strong data gathering and data analysis capability with good excel worksheet & formula preparation & presentation skills.
• Possess good working skills to draft SOP, Operating Procedures & Maintenance Checklist etc.

Field Service Assistant Engineer (FSAE) will be based Singapore responsible for commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of field instrumentation products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to field service teams
• Supporting Factory Acceptance test and Site Acceptance test
• Maintaining accurate and reliable service tool inventory
• Completing service documentation is completed in proper format and by due dates- this includes items such as timesheets, service/repair reports, follow ups, daily logs, expenses, etc.
• Ensuring proper storage of engineering documentation- drawings, version history, scope documents, RFI's
• Work in teams relative to trouble-shooting, debugging and integration responsibilities
