The Opportunity:

We, at Flywire, are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Relationship Manager (RM) to work with our existing portfolio of Education Clients in Singapore and Malaysia – to build stronger client relationships, drive revenue and utilisation through marketing, training, and integration of Flywire solutions. 

Reporting directly to the Director of Client Relationship Management APAC, you will work closely with the Sales and RM teams to execute strategies designed to drive growth, uncover new business potential, increase revenue, provide accurate issue resolution and assure clients and their students have the best payment experience and support in the industry. Overall job tasks would include:

• Drive Revenue by building long term relationships with senior and operational stakeholders, understanding their strategies and goals. Perform Onboarding, Marketing, Training, and support activities to maximise growth and deliver additional revenue through up-sell and value-added services. 
• Lead Integration projects alongside solutions teams to provide technical solutions and processes for clients to embrace and adopt. 
• Create strategic account plans for each client and groups of clients to maximise utilisation, growth and revenue. Manage all commercial activities - Internal reporting, contract renewals, pricing negotiations and new product expansion. 
• Become the established internal expert which corresponds with your account portfolio and market, with relevant payment products and potential competitors to develop and refine products and operations.  
• Collaborate across departments and timezones with legal, compliance, product development and vertical teams to solution and solve client payment problems.

This position assists the restaurant manager to supervise the overall operation and service standards of the outlet to meet and exceeds guest’s dining experience expectations.

Training, Learning and Development of the Team

• Conducts regular on the job trainings for colleagues to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Records and submits monthly On-the-Job Training hours to Food & Beverage Office before the 15th of each month.
• Guides the departmental orientation for new hires.
• Ensures that colleagues are aware of hotel rules and regulations.
• Ensures that colleagues are trained on fire and safety, emergency procedures and hygiene.

Knowledge of such tools is a bonus skill but not required as long as you are open to find resources online to learn on your own.
• Analyze data and derive key insights to direct email marketing efforts. This involves slicing and dicing data in different ways daily. You will receive guidance to improve your analytical thinking skills.
• Measure the success of all initiatives and develop proficiency in first-click and last-click reporting and lift measurement.

Part 5: Building email list and designing conversion sequences

As a Relationship Manager within the Wealth Banking business, you will be responsible for rendering financial advisory to UOB's mass-affluent customers. You are expected to achieve individual sales target while ensuring accurate and timely completion of the entire sales and compliance process. Provide prudent financial advisory and investment solutions to meet the financial planning needs and requirements of UOB's clients Develop and deepen relationships with clients who have been assigned to you Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to the Bank's internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements (i.e. FAA and other related statutory Acts) Job Requirements A recognised university degree At least 1 year of relevant financial advisory experience gained in the banking and/or financial services sectors; experienced candidates would be considered for a more senior position Good knowledge of wealth management & investment products Results-oriented, dynamic and self-driven Competent in engaging and managing internal and external clients Proven ability to exceed sales target Resourceful and able to work with minimal supervision Be a part of UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
