JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Reports to the senior management
• Lead a team of engineers and supervisors in planning and execution of day to day operations
• Responsible for overall implementation and completion of projects within scheduled cost, time and quality
• Liaising with main contractor , consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors to ensure smooth completion of the projects
• Work with internal relevant department to prepare, review and submit all detailed programmers, schedule, method statement, technical proposal, risk assessment plans
• Conduct regular internal and subcontractor meeting

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess BCA-recognized Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction management
• At least 5 years’ experience and experience in Steelwork will be an advantage
• Possess analytical mindset, independent, self-starter, positive working attitude, takes ownership and a highly responsible individual
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Able to work in fast paced environment
• Must able to lead the project team
