Main Responsibilities:

• Assist Career Conversion Programme (CCP), including programme structures, stakeholder management and project operations
• Assist the funding grants and Employee Benefits programmes
• Administer full-cycle of scholarship programmes
• Assist and support in collaboration with Government Agencies and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs)
• Support in talent development programme to support company’s retention / growth and succession planning
• Assist in monthly HR reporting
• Liaise with the union for activities, handle new membership registrations, removal of resignees and update of monthly bills
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking clients
• Minimum Diploma in any field
• Experienced in government grant application
• Proficient in Excel

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Screen and manage incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail
• Draft, review, and send correspondence on behalf of the executive
• Organize and prepare for meetings, including setting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
• Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for the executive
• Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as required
• Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies
• Handle special projects and tasks as assigned by the executive
• Build and maintain positive relationships within and outside the organization

• Diploma and above
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
