Main Responsibilities
1. Provide excellent services to clients and support to their stakeholders.
2. Ensure that the share registers of clients are updated timely and accurately.
3. Ensure that all enquiries from clients and shareholders are promptly attended to and followed up, and record all communications.
4. Check and process documents submitted by shareholders and depository agents on share transfers and share registry related matters.
5. Prepare periodic reports for clients according to the regulatory disclosure requirement.
6. Review and monitor events according to the stipulated timeline.
7. Advise and manage clients’ general meetings.
8. Carry out all duties and assignments that may from time to time be assigned by the superiors.
9. Collaborate with colleagues in the department and across departments to meet firm-wide objectives.
10. Comply with Internal Policies, Procedures and Control.
Requirements/Competencies
· Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
· Good knowledge of SGX Listing Rules and Companies Act
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Positive disposition and attitude
· Able to multi-task and maintain calm under pressure
· Meticulous, proactive, resourceful and analytical
· Team player and able to work independently
· 4 to 5 years’ experience in Share Registry, office administration or client services experience
· Minimum A level/Polytechnic Diploma/Degree or relevant work experience
