LQV is looking for his new Assistant Wine Bar Manager for his Bar in Singapore.

Job Descriptions

• Provide excellent customer service
• Understand customer taste and request about wine
• Guide Customers through Wine list
• Assisting in managing retail sales, merchandising and inventory
• Prepare food platters (cheese, cold cuts and light food)
• Help with the daily operations in the Wine Bar

Job Requirements

• Service oriented, dynamic and willing to learn
• Excited about gaining an expert knowledge about French wine

Working hours

• 5days work week

• Responsible for day-to-day admin duties for office management and ensuring smooth operations of the office.
• Organise and process the payment of administrative related invoices and property management expense tracking.
• Liaise with tenants/contractors for facility/property management.
• Facilitate travel arrangements for corporate office staff as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administrative or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Office; Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Outstanding communication and writing skills to communicate with Stakeholders/external parties.

Duties and Reposibilities

• Assist Sales Managers in identifying leads, acquiring new business and developing positive long term relationships with travel agents, tour operators, schools, community groups and companies
• Prepare and customise proposals, meeting client’s needs and attraction’s guidelines of profitability.
• Recommend and implement sales initiatives which drive visitation and sales to achieve budget goals.
• Work in conjunction with Sales Managers to host site visits, event preparation and execution to grow, manage guest experience and satisfaction.
• Co-ordinate and ensure delivery of event catering requirements in conjunction with operations and food and beverage teams.
• Work with the marketing team to review products and service offerings on a regular basis
• Update, document and implement the standard operating procedure for all booking and sales processes.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisors

Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, hospitality and tourism, or related field.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a corporate sales or business development role ideally gained in a visitor attraction, tour and travel, hospitality or MICE industry. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Executive position.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be proactive and goal focused to achieve sales targets
• Able to work late nights, weekends and public holidays when required

• Assist the drivers in the daily delivery operations.
• Loading/unloading of goods for delivery.
• Help in warehouse duties such as packing and labelling of goods.

Requirements:

• GCE N Level and above
• At least 2 years of experience as a Delivery/Warehouse Assistant.

You will play an integral part in achieving branch’s goals by providing excellent customer service to our customers while attending to their banking needs.

Your role entails cash handling, customer service, end-day balancing and all operational matters at branch. Through our structured training program and mentorship, you will be fully equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide innovative and optimal solutions to customers’ query.
