· Ordering of stationery and dry stock and receiving the goods

· Assist Nurse Manager with medical, supplement and linen supplies ordering

· Manage the different stores and track stock levels

· Liaising with driver to collect and send medications to NHG Pharmacy

· Assist with booking residents' medical appointments

· Book Ambulance driver for discharge of residents from hospitals and appointment to hospitals

· Liaising with residents' families and residents for collection of payment and other matters arising

· Collecting data for residents' or staff ID, uniforms and shoes

· Coordinating between HR and staff for medical examination, renewal of passport/ work permit and opening of bank accounts

· Recording minutes of meetings, community meetings and fire drills briefing

· Setup conference room for meetings & talks

· Ensure timely update of staff training records

· Filing of photocopied of invoices and task-log-in forms for medical specialists/ doctors

· Receive and distribute donation items from public

· Preparing weekly, monthly and yearly statistics reports

Qualification:

· GCE 'N', 'O' Level or ITE Certificate (preferable in Office Skills)

· Proficient in MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ Outlook

· Preferably with experience in healthcare or service industry

As a Live Host cum Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with our viewers during live stream, promoting company products and posting social media content to drive customer engagement and platform presence.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct live broadcasts on marketplaces like TikTok & Shopee, providing engaging and informational content to attract and retain viewers.
• Interact with viewers through comments, likes, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Introduce and showcase products, highlighting their features, benefits, selling points and user experience to generate interests and sales.
• Maintain a consistent intonation and image throughout the live stream, aligning with the company's image.
• To make the live session as happening and engaging as possible with no moments of silents allowed.
• Posting social media contents everyday to drive engagement with viewers.
• Social media contents needs to create value & promote company brand or products.

Working Hours:

• Flexible working hours. Will advise further.

Pay Structure:

• $1800 Basic + Commissions

Requirements:

• Strong and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Other language like Mandarin or Bahasa is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and adapting to different situations while maintaining a positive attitude and intonation.
• Very good understanding of our products and customers demographics.
• Sales skill to effectively and efficiently showcase, promote and sell our products.
• Strong engaging skills to retain and attract new viewers.
• Creativity and innovation in generating engaging content ideas and interactive activities.
• Prior experience as a TikTok Content Creator, Live Stream Host, or experience in sales role is a plus.
