Job Responsibilities:

• Support department for daily and administrative works
• Prepare, compile and update Operation and Maintenance Manual for submission.
• Raise Material Requisition (MR) using in-house BC system.
• Assist in sourcing for products, project documentations.
• Assist to liaise with manufacturers and suppliers for product information.
• Assist to monitoring and updating of project deliveries trackers.
• Assist in compiling project material costs of purchased goods and tools record.
• Assist to generate reports, data, and other relevant documents as per project requirements.
• Assist in project monthly progressive claim tabulation.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

• With relevant working experience in admin / project support duties.
• Familiar with Aconex Submission procedure would be added advantage.

Job Description:

• Manage the preschool’s correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems for student and staff information.
• Schedule and organize meetings or events, including parent-teacher meetings.
• Coordinate with staff, parents, and external vendors as needed.
• Handle enrollment documentation and maintain student records.
• Prepare reports and assist in compiling data for the management team.
• Process invoices, payments, and petty cash claims.
• Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring sufficient inventory.
• Address queries from parents, staff, and visitors professionally.
• Support the school in fostering positive relationships with parents.
• Ensure adherence to the regulatory guidelines and policies of the preschool.
• Assist in preparing documents for audits or inspections.

Job Requirements:

• Min Nitec or Diploma in any discipline
• Any prior administrative experience will be advantageous
