Requirements

• At least 3-5 years experience in building construction field, especially with a focus on highend residential projects
• Working Hours : 8am to 6pm / 5.5 days work
• Degree in Building/Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering or any other discipline related to Building Construction.
• Able to read and understand construction technical drawings
• Able to work independently, while managing several projects concurrently
• Strong sense of duty and responsibility
• Excellent supervision, organisational and interpersonal skills
• A meticulous self-starter with a keen eye for detail
• Able to execute orders and follow SOP dutifully and responsibly

Responsibility:

• Perform warehouse admin duties and ensure accurate data entry and transaction
• Manage inventories and consumables for operation
• Prepare documentation for orders and deliveries
• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors on stock movements
• Prepare monthly reports

Requirements:

Position Overview:Opera Estate Primary School is seeking a qualified and experienced individual to fill the role of a Full-Time Office Assistant. The selected candidate will play a vital role in supporting the administrative functions of the school, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Contract Details:

• Contract Period: From April 2, 2024, to April 1, 2025
• Option to Extend: The contract may be extended for an additional one (1) year, subject to the discretion of the Authority.

Working Hours:

• Days: Mondays to Thursdays
• Time: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (inclusive of ½ hr lunch break)
• Fridays: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (inclusive of ½ hr lunch break)
• Off Days: Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Services:The selected Personnel will be responsible for the following tasks:
