Manulife’s ambition is to become Singapore’s Digital Customer Leader, the Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing in Manulife Life Insurance Company, Singapore (MLS) is responsible for helping us significantly scale our ability in attracting prospective new customers to Manulife through digital marketing & adviser-enablement initiatives.
This role is an individual contributor role, reporting the Head of Acquisition & Engagement in Marketing function.
On the job you will:
• Develop digital marketing initiatives across touchpoints & leverage technology to scale quality lead volume.
• Work with vendors, Centre of Excellence (COE) & cross-functional teams, together with own hands-on execution, to implement the initiatives.
• Track initiatives’ results against key performance metrics and manage budget and resources to deliver business priorities.
• Analyse complex data sets and identify optimization opportunities to improve return on investment, and financial consultants’ experience with marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Distribution, Tech and Financial Consultants, to create & execute the online-to-offline optimization plan.
• Develop change manage assets to help drive awareness and consumption of leads and other marketing assets.
• Manage vendors, with regular evaluation of delivery and services.
• Handle administrative tasks and manage proper housekeeping of assets and documentation.
We are looking for someone:
• University graduates with minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience.
• A strong individual contributor who is results-driven, with experience in design, execute and optimize key strategic initiatives according to business objectives & targets under high-level guidance.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis for informed decision.
• Team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills, able to influence cross-function teams to co-create and implement the plan in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious & fast learner, with strong problem-solving skills and growth mindset.
• Experience working in insurance industry and/or heavily regulated industry, especially with sales & distribution is an advantage.
