Requirements:

• Minimum Secondary education and basic understanding of English language.
• Sense of responbility in maintaining accountability and standards. Ability to follow an established oeprating process.
• Keen interest to learn new processes and operate new equipment.
• Preferably with at least 1-2 years of working experiences and ability to work in a secured monitored environment.
• Candidates with 3-4 years of relevant experiences may consider for Senior Logistics Assistant role.

As a Training Admin Assistant responsibilities, you are required:

• Produce and maintain Operations related documentation in support of Company Management Systems

• WebCAT administrator role

• Coordinate for Process Division Basic Operator Training (new technician onboarding)

• Generate and analyze monthly stewardship report for Process Division

• Maintain operations training records and Technician Training & Progression database

• Develop procedures, work instruction, guidelines, and Training manuals for application to all

• Provide reports on the work progress on monthly basis or whenever required

• Coordinate Process Division competency profile assessment

• Develop/ update Operations Procedure documentation in accordance with Company

• Policies & Procedures, Oil & Gas industry and applicable International standards

• Other duties as required by Operating Income business line

• Support on-boarding and off-boarding process
• Support the recruitment team process for both Tuas and Yishun operations
