Prof Derek Hausenloy’s laboratory aims to discover new treatments for protecting the heart from acute ischaemia/reperfusion injury and for preventing heart failure. Job description: 

To assist Managing Director and Directors to oversee projects. 

To assist Project Architects in assign projects. 

To be able to liaise with internal and external parties for the good of the project. 

To be able to perform any other job scope required for the good of the project

Job requirement:

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent preferably recognized by the Board of Architects Singapore for Architecture assistant or executive positions. 
• Polytechnic Diploma in the related field or equivalent or NTC2/NITEC are welcome to apply. 
• Knowledge of local regulations and authority submission procedures. 
• 2 - 3 years of working experience. if none we will consider on-the-job mentoring. 
• Proficient in BIM (Revit/ArchiCAD) is required, proficiency in 3D Modelling / Sketchup, AutoCAD / Adobe photoshop / Microsoft programs, or any basic architecture software that allows you to perform your job effortlessly. 
• Able to manage projects and work independently (in due time) in a challenging and fastpaced environment.
• Possess good interpersonal skills and is a team player. 
• Positive working attitude. 
• Good project management, leadership, and communication skills at all levels 
• Have a keen eye for details. 
• Able to independently or under supervision prepare drawings and or documentation at all stages of the project.

• Perform administration duties.
• Assisting chiropractic doctors in the clinic.
• Schedule and follow up on patients appointment.
• Attending to patient queries and incoming calls.
• Perform daily general housekeeping to keep the clinic clean and tidy.
• Handling payments.
• Easy, non- high volume work shift.
• Able to manoeuvre physically with ease through confined spaces around treatment tables while assisting patient transition from sleep to stand position.

Requirements

• Good interpersonal and communications skills.
• semi-flexible working hours arrangement, 1-2 days off in general . (33-36 hours/ week only)
• a total of 132-144 hours per month. (extra pay for any hours after 144 hours for that particular month)
• able to take constructive feedback.
• team player.
• Computer literate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Salary ranges from $2100 to $2600 depending on experience.
