Responsibilities

· Printing of Certificate of Analysis for daily delivery

· Label and drumming work order printing

· Updating of sales orders' status

· Posting of Drums Filling Advice (DFA) & Receiving in Navision system

· Follow up on DFA with the workers

· Updating of drumming schedule and container stuffing & unstuffing photo into server

· Stock reservation in system

· Generating stock report daily

· Prepare monthly reports

· Receiving of all incoming goods into Navision system

· General Ops filing

· Any other duties as assigned by the superior

Requirements

· Min GCE 'N' / 'O' Levels

· Min 1 year of administrative experience. Those without relevant experiences are welcomed to apply

· Experience in ERP software systems (SAP / Oracle / Navision) preferred.
