Working for a technology vendor offering solutions to banking clients with regional presence in Singapore, the role of the Risk and Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organisation's policies and procedures and practices comply with legal regulations and internal policies and that risk is managed.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of policy and compliance to meet legislative requirements using contemporary and best practice approaches.
• Lead the organisation to an understanding of better risk management practices.
• Liase with audit team and providing audit team with adequate support
• Develop policies, procedures and associated documents consistent with legislation and regulatory requirements to mitigate risk.
• Ensure policy documents are UpToDate, managed, accessible and communicated.
• Report on and manage compliance violations.
• Implement a reporting framework that includes lead and lag indicators.
• Regularly review Business continuity plan
• Ensure risk assessment processes and risk management solutions are embedded in management systems.
• Complete Incident Investigation and Reporting.
• Educate and prepare work areas for accreditation visits to ensure that visits are efficient, correct information is provided and operational impacts are minimised.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field e.g. law, business, Finance or accounting.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in risk management, policy and compliance preferably within financial institution.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and industry best practices.
• Experience in Risk or audit will be a big plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful risk management, compliance, and quality assurance programs.
• Sound analysis and reporting skills.

Position: Public Relation Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive at the nightclub and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

• Assist with guest check-in and ticketing processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient entry.

• Engage with guests throughout their visit, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

• Anticipate guests’ needs and go above and beyond to exceed their expectations.

• Foster positive relationships with regular patrons and VIP guests, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.

• Act as a liaison between guests and nightclub staff, facilitating communication and resolving any issues that may arise.

• Promote upcoming events, special promotions, and VIP packages to guests, encouraging participation and repeat visits.

• Collaborate with the marketing and other teams to develop creative strategies for enhancing the guest experience and driving attendance.

• Stay informed about current trends in nightlife, entertainment, and hospitality, and incorporate new ideas and initiatives to keep our nightclub fresh and exciting.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or guest relations preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations and adapt to changing environments.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Passion for nightlife and entertainment, with a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for guests.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Basic knowledge of nightclub operations and industry practices is a plus.

This position is commission based.

• Able to work overtime and work different shifts on short notice.
• Must have attained PLRD Senior/Security Officer Grade
