· Identify risk areas or potential issues and highlight them to the team

· Execute special purpose audits in accordance with the professional standards

Requirements:

· Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

· Fresh graduates are welcome

· Able to work both independently and as a team

· Good communication, interpersonal, and writing skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Knowledge of other software like Caseware, Python, and UiPath will be an advantage

Duties
•Assist Project Department with admin support.

•Assist Sales Department with admin support, such as tender submission slides,binding tender document etc.

•Assist/Upkeep showroom setup

•Responsible for inventory of product finishes and swatches.

•Ensure proper documentation, maintains and update records accordingly.

•Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

•Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Liaise with various Statutory Boards, Government Departments, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth execution of works

Requirements:

• Diploma in Communication or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in construction industry
