Requirements

Job Duties

• Perform administrative tasks such as routine data entry assignments, logistics support, etc.
• Assist project coordinators and engineers in the implementation and facilitation of projects
• Track and oversee assigned aspects of projects, including monitoring project timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring milestones are met
• Prepare a range of project-related documents for key stakeholders as required
• Ensure upkeep of inventory records, project documentations and service delivery reports
• Work effectively with team members towards continued development of the projects
• Additional ad hoc duties and responsibilities as required

Job Requirements

• Possess at least "N", "O" levels qualification (Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering/ Building Service/ Telecommunication will be an advantage)
• OR at least 1-2 years of full-time working experience
• Computer literate and tech-savvy
• Good command of English in both spoken and written forms

Job Description

• Responsible for full AR function
• Key in and preparation of payment, reconciliation of vendors' accounts
• Ensure accuracy of invoices and outgoing payments
• Monitoring the progress of projects, investigating variances, and ensuring that project billings are issued to customers
• Assist in monthly closing, annual audit process and reconciliations
• Perform other admin and accounting duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma in accountancy or equivalent qualification

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for managing and optimizing international government filings, including regulatory submissions, permits, licenses, and other required documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and legal teams, to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Stay abreast of changes in international laws and regulations that may impact the company's operations and provide proactive guidance to mitigate risks.
• Oversee the preparation and review of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings, to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
• Manage relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders to facilitate efficient and effective communication and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 - 10 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on international regulatory compliance and government filings.
• Proven track record of success in managing complex legal matters and regulatory challenges within a global context.
• Strong understanding of international laws and regulations, with expertise in areas such as [specific regulations relevant to the industry].
