Job Description:

• Responsible for recruitment process from job posting, candidates sourcing and screening, coordination of interviews, and administrative components involved.
• Processing of work passes application, renewal and cancellation.
• Register and update OFWAS.
• Manage onboarding and off-boarding administration.
• Handling of WICA claims and liaising with insurer.
• Administer and renewal of staffs and general insurances.
• Process and maintain purchase order to suppliers
• Attend to visitors, in-coming telephone, incoming mails & faxes
• Ensure all documents are kept / filled in proper for quick retrieve
• Monitor all office & depot equipment are serviced / maintained / tested as per schedule
• Any other ad hoc duties

Requirement:

• At least 1 to 3 years of HR experience in Singapore
• Experience in using INFO-TECH is an added advantage
• Familiar with HR practices and well versed with Employment Act and MOM regulations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Team player with strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude
• Good communication skills and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous with attention to detail and possess good problem-solving skills

Job Descriptions:-

- Coordinate with Project Personnel for Site Safety Induction prior to project commencement.

- RA / SWP and Method of Statement submission.

- Update each project on the latest MOM / WSH / NEA / SCDF requirements and legislations.

- Conduct Tool Box Meeting for all sites.

- Incident investigation and iReport submission when necessary.

- Liaise with MOM authorities.

- Monitor the upkeep of workers' dormitory.

Requirements:-

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Dairy Science or related discipline
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred.
• Good leadership and problem-solving skill. Good communication and report writing skill.
• Project management skills or experience in project management is essential.
• Team player with imitative, drive, good communication skills and a strong command of written English.
• Proven problem-solving capability, customer focus and commitment to continuous. Knowledge of HACCP and ISO systems would be preferred.
• Working exposure and understanding of manufacturing process.
• Knowledge in food engineering, thermal heat processing and fluid flow characterization, as well as experience in a dairy/ nutritional industry, would be advantageous.

Job Descriptions:

• Monitor food production lines to ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
• Analise raw food, packaging, and finished food products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Manage and maintain quality control documentation.
• Analise data and identify trends to pinpoint areas for improvement in food safety and quality.
• Implement corrective actions to address any deviations from quality standards.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure everyone is following quality protocols.
• Conduct sampling and testing of ingredients and products throughout the food production process.
• Carry out daily visual inspection of finished food products to ensure food safety systems are in place.
• Testing of incoming raw food materials and quality of finished food products to make sure it's complied with company standards.
• Enforce the practice of hygiene checks to ensure hygiene and cleanliness of premises and workers are of a high standard.
• Execute pest control system and liaise with external pest controller for monthly checking and servicing.
• Maintaining and implementing Food Safety Management Systems including HACCP, ISO22000 and Halal MUIS.
• Performing various in-line quality control checks;
• Conduct quality audits and assist in the development of quality management and quality assurance standards;
• Assist sales or other departments with food product specification, certification and quality related document requests.

Job Requirements:

Job Description:

• Assist BIM Coordinators in creating, updating and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle.
• Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings, construction drawings and latest information.
• Ensure integrity/ quality of the models.
• Generate documentation and shop drawings from BIM Models.
• Produce BIM Model deliverables for Construction, documentation and fabrication.
• Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM-Based quantification and 4D simulation
• Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for additional BIM-Based deliverables such as 5D Progress Evaluation and 6D Asset and Facility Management.
• Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Architecture/ Engineering/ Construction related disciplines
• At least 1-2 years of local experience in the Construction Industry
• Experience in BIM software / tools
• Working experience in Revit is preferred
• Selected applicants will be given extensive structured training. Remuneration shall commensurate with working experience and qualifications.
