The Role

The Director will strategically plan, prioritize, and manage multiple global audit and advisory projects, delivering independent assurance, advice, and insight on critical business matters. Overseeing a team of auditors, the Director will design and implement audit programs, conduct process interviews, document key operational controls, and provide actionable recommendations by integrating financial and operational data. Collaboration with divisional and functional leaders is key, working transparently to devise practical solutions to audit issues. Your Profile

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 15 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a leadership role. Someone who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience under pressure. With strong executive presence, this candidate must excel in communication and presentations, engaging effectively with senior management in a matrixed structure.
