Job Description

You will be supporting the Finance team in CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust Management Limited (CICTML) and report to Assistant Vice President / Vice President, Finance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support front office to validate, settle and account for treasury transactions (such as bank loans, unitholder loans, bonds, swaps, foreign exchange and interest payments) including compliance reports for bank facilities
• Prepare regular treasury reports for management reporting purposes and accounts closing including hedge documentation for swap transactions

Overview

The Transaction Monitoring project manager within SRCO will need to have strong and solid project and stakeholder management skills to ensure that both Change-The-Bank (CTB) and Run-The-Bank (RTB) TM projects are executed smoothly, in a controlled and audit-proof manner and adhering to the agreed scope and timelines.

The chosen candidate will have to engage with a wide range of stakeholders (3 Lines of Defence and Technology) and proactively anticipate and manage risks and issues which may cause delays and unexpected outcomes along the project life cycle.

Activities to be performed by the TM project manager for achieving success include but are not limited to project planning and execution, budgeting, senior management reporting, coordination and monitoring of remedial activities and establishment of communication channels across relevant stakeholders at a local, regional and global level. To qualify for the role you must have

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree will be a plus.

· Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst or in a similar role within the core banking or financial services industry. Experience with Temenos T24 is preferred. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a manager role.

· Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) methodologies and tools. Knowledge and certification of ARIS is a plus.

· Proficiency in process modeling and analysis techniques (e.g., BPMN, Six Sigma, Lean).

· In-depth knowledge of core banking processes, products, and regulations.

· Experience with process automation, workflow management, or business process management systems is preferred.

· Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management principles will be an added advantage.
