Main tasks:
Loss Adjuster and Business Solutions Expertise
A solid understanding of the Loss Adjuster profession is required.
Prior experience with the insurance expertise tools suite developed by the Adenes group is preferred.
Proficiency in Ello World is necessary to assist with its integration and facilitate cooperation between the companies within the Adenes group.
The ability to leverage this knowledge to enhance business solutions and foster collaboration across various teams is essential.
1. Main mission
- To deliver all the processes, tools and partnerships required for the final establishment of an IT department for ADENES Asia.
2. Progressive transition
- Accompany the transition of the current ADENES France activities to activities exclusively dedicated to VRS Asia Pac, according to the priorities defined by:
i) The VRS Asia Pac BU
ii) ADENES General Management
iii) IT Department
Key objectives:
- Develop and implement an IT infrastructure tailored to the needs of VRS Asia Pac.
- Identify, select and integrate the necessary tools to meet local and international requirements.
- Establish strategic partnerships with local and global service providers.
- Standardise and document all processes to ensure the sustainability and scalability of the department.
- To ensure a gradual and coordinated ramp-up of activities in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Skills required:
1. Technical and operational
Proven experience in managing IT infrastructures (Windows Server, Linux, Azure).
Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, including multi-tenant organizations, Intune, and M365 Defender. Proficiency in monitoring and supervision tools. Expertise in scripting and automation with a good understanding of development and the ability to challenge application development.
Proven track record in Agile project management, particularly in cloud deployment and solution integration.
Experience in training teams on IT best practices.
Comprehensive understanding of security policy implementation, with experience in managing security incidents, SOC analysis, and incident response planning.
Solid knowledge of endpoint security and IT risk assessment, including identifying threats and deploying tailored solutions.
- Expertise in IT project management.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL or similar processes.
- Experience in setting up IT structures internationally, ideally in the Asia-Pacific region.

Profile sought:
- Education: Master's Degree or equivalent in computing or IT project management.
- Minimum Years of Experienced: 6 to 7 years
Working conditions:
- Location: Based in Singapore, with frequent travel in the Asia-Pacific region.
Language Proficiency:
- Excellent proficiency in both English and French required.
- Good German and Arabic skills are valued
