• Handle end-to-end process of staff onboarding and offboarding.
• Arrange medical check-up for new hires, bank account opening, user account set up with IT department and issuance of staff ID/access card.
• Plan and coordinate induction programme for new hires. Source potential candidates through online channels, campus recruitment, employee referral program and networks.
• Schedule interviews and follow ups on interview results.
• Coordinate for in-house trainings.
• Other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma/ Degree with min 3 years of relevant years of experience

• Follow up on registration, billing & payment
• Send confirmation to trainers & trainees
• Ad-hoc class support for Saturday and weekday evening lessons
• Any other tasks assigned
