Job duties and responsibilities:

• Resolving client’s queries regarding se of our coffee machines, recommending and demonstrating use of the right coffee beans for each client’s need.
• Travelling to provide don-site training for luxury hotels and restaurants and ensure the client can make best use of the coffee equipment and products.

Responsibilities:

• Manage clients’ relations and build contacts with potential clients for new business opportunities.
• Responsible for planning and implementing market penetration strategies and sales targets and for building strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify leads and lead new business opportunities to expand distribution channels / networks.
• To exceed or achieve monthly sales targets / new business development served in the assigned area.
• Track, monitor and analyse products, channels and customers sales trends in order to maximise sales opportunities and achieve desired sales results.
• Carry out and plan other sales and marketing functions to increase efficiency.
• Take initiative in implementing best practices to perform duties.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business / Marketing / Sales
• At least 2 years of relevant experience is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Able to multi-task and work independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, hardworking and organized in work

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily HR operations and duties.
• Support recruitment by posting job ads and scheduling/coordinating interviews.
• Handle onboarding by preparing paperwork and logistics for new hires.
• Conduct orientations and update new staff records.
• Maintain accurate employee records and databases.
• Manage and support the team in daily operational tasks.
• Assist with tracking employees' monthly overtime and allowances.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Businesss or equivalents.
• Minimum 1 years if working experience.
• Experienced with work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
