Job Responsibilities

· In charge of Design Team to carry out façade design works.

· Organize and plan a design works to meet construction schedule.

Reporting to Contracts & Compliance (HOD), the C&C Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager is responsible for Contracts Review, Negotiation, and Compliance matters in the Research Division.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and Manage C&C unit

• Track and manage legal agreements, and maintain legal agreement database,
• Facilitate the negotiation and execution of legal agreements,
• Provide support to facilitate the training and guiding of staff on compliance (HBRA & PDPA),

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of Operations Manager (OM) is to be responsible for the strategic management of the school environment, including estate, facilities, resources (inventories/supplies) and processes, to achieve school's objectives as well as day-to-day operations. The OM also plays a key role in school safety and security, overseeing risk-management, health matters and emergency preparedness processes.

As part of the management team, the OM will also contribute towards organizational decision-making and participate in general executive and non-executive functions that the team undertakes. Administration

• Maintain accurate records of incidents, customer feedback, and daily operations.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate any important information to incoming Duty Managers or senior management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies.

Emergency Handling

• Act as the primary point of contact during emergencies and ensure appropriate actions are taken.
• Handle incidents such as medical emergencies, evacuations, or any other urgent situations.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of incidents.

Guest Services

• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality and customer interactions.
• Handle special requests and accommodations for customers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a hotel front office environment, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and delegate tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and staff.
• Proficiency in hospitality management software (Opera Cloud) is a plus.

• Develop and implement community growth strategies in alignment with imToken's objectives.
• Engage with the community across various social media platforms, including X, Telegram, Discord, and others.
• Execute airdrop campaign, promotional activities, and events to attract and retain community members.
• Foster a positive, active, and engaged community environment, responding to community feedback, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align community strategies with overall company goals.
• Utilize creative and cost-effective methods to increase community engagement and growth.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on community sentiment and feedback to continuously improve engagement strategies.
