• Perform financial analysis, spread sheets for the application of credit facility
• Evaluate and understand financial risk associated with borrower and produce quality credit review periodically
• Perform know-your-customer onboarding in compliance with the MAS regulation for all customers

About the Role

In the role of Customer Service Manager you will serve as the primary contact for some of our most significant APAC clients. Your role will be pivotal in delivering an exceptional onboarding experience. What will I be doing?

As a Cluster Sales Manager/Cluster Senior Sales Manager (Leisure) , you will be working on maximizing revenue opportunities for the leisure segment. He/She will be directly responsible for performing the following task to the highest standards:

• Maximize all travel segment revenue opportunities
• Review sales and other revenue generating business plans, identify gaps, ensure proactive measures to fill hotel and conference space capacity, and meet set targets
• Contribute to the selling strategy of the hotel and manage the departments so that Team Members adhere to the strategy

• Submit sales activities to CADOS/CDOS on a weekly basis, achieving the minimum number of activities per week
• Ensure that sales call plans are submitted on weekly basis the week prior to CADOS/CDOS
• Support CADOS in supervising and coaching Sales Coordinator through close supportive relationship
• Support CDOS in tasks such as team member training and performance related assessments
• Any additional tasks assigned by the Director of Sales or Commercial Director.
