What you will be doing:

• Lease Management: Oversee leasing activities, including the preparation of Letters of Offer and Tenancy Agreements, and collaborate with solicitors on lease documentation.
• Budgeting & Reporting: Prepare annual budget forecasts and generate monthly management reports to track performance and support strategic decision-making.
• Market Research & Occupancy Strategy: Stay updated on residential trends, constantly reviewing tenant mix and occupancy strategies to maintain a high occupancy rate.
• Resident Relations: Build and nurture positive relationships with residents, addressing tenancy matters such as move-ins, compliance, and maintenance promptly and professionally.
• Financial Management: Manage residential rental income and arrears, working closely with the Finance team on billing, deposit refunds, and related financial matters.
• Authority Liaison: Coordinate applications and liaise with relevant authorities on lease-related matters, ensuring compliance and a smooth leasing process.

What we’re looking for someone who’s:

• CEA Qualified: Holds the necessary qualifications to be registered with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA).
• Experienced in Real Estate: Has a Diploma in Real Estate or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in residential leasing or property management.
• Skilled in Negotiation & Marketing: Strong in lease negotiations and able to engage effectively with a diverse range of tenants and stakeholders.
• Detail-Oriented & Analytical: Meticulous in documentation, with solid financial analytical skills for managing budgets and lease-related finances.
• Proactive & Resident-Focused: Brings excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive resident relations and address their needs efficiently.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Identify high growth areas and expand School identity in Indonesia, VIetnam, Thailand and Philippines.
• Recruit, train and establish good working relations with agents for student recruitment.
• Establish partnerships with education institution and colleges across different geographical locations.
• Participate in local and overseas exhibitions, open houses, road shows for agent and student recruitment.
• Conduct pre-course counselling for prospective students and attend to enquiries through phone, email and walk-in appointments.
• Work closely with other department stakeholders to support, implement and execute the student recruitment plans.
• Provide administrative and operation support to the Director.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree qualification.
• 3 years of relevant working experience as student recruitment in an international private education industry.
• Driven by a passion for student recruitment and sales, with a strong goal-oriented focus.

Remuneration will commensurate with sales targets.
