•Lead and manage the planning, execution and completion of diaphragm wall construction projects.

•Oversee the design, development and approval of construction plans and technical specifications.

•Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

•Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental and legal regulations on-site.

•Monitor project progress, manage risks and make necessary adjustments to meet timelines.

•Manage project budget, including cost control, procurement and resource allocation.

•Prepare regular reports on project status, including schedule, financial performance and risk management.

•Resolve any project-related issues, conflicts and technical challenges.

•Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns and ensure satisfaction.

•Ensure the proper documentation and filing of all project-related activities and approvals.

Job Requirements

•Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field

•At least 8 years of experience in construction project management, specifically diaphragm wall construction

•Proven track record managing large-scale civil or infrastructure projects

•Familiarity with local building regulations, environmental and safety standards

•Strong Knowledge of diaphragm wall construction techniques and equipment

•Proficient in project management software

•Knowledge of budgeting, cost control and financial management of projects

•Effective communication, stakeholder, negotiation and conflict resolution skills

•Experience working with government agencies or large infrastructure clients;

•Required to travel to construction sites and work in both office and field environments.

We are seeking a M&E Project Engineer Cum Drafter to oversee the mechanical and electrical aspects of construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the M&E works on-site, preparing technical drawings, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering projects within schedule and budget. Job Description

-Identifies revenue opportunities in targeted SME accounts, develop sales plans, and execute to close revenue.

-Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors

For this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing mechanical and electrical aspects of construction projects. This role requires a solid understanding of engineering principles, the ability to manage project schedules, good communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders, own workers/colleagues, contractor, suppliers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all M&E works on construction sites, ensuring they are completed according to specifications, within budget, and on time.
• Prepare and review M&E designs and drawings, ensuring they comply with relevant codes, regulations, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractor and consultant to resolve any technical issues related to M&E installations.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and quality, addressing any issues that arise.
• Prepare and submit regular project status reports, including progress updates, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and submit shop drawing, Revit BIM for coordination, As-built drawings, Construction drawings.
• Manage project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and change orders.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to source and secure M&E materials and equipment.
• Assist in the commissioning and handover of completed M&E systems to clients.

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant field.
• 2 years of experience in Singapore.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and develop Revit.
• Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.

As a Project Executive (ACMV), you'll play a key role in the success of our projects, from initial planning to final commissioning.

You'll be responsible for:

• Collaborating with project managers and engineers to develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Lead teams of supervisors, foremen and workers.
• Managing and coordinating all aspects of assigned projects, including procurement, subcontractor management and quality control, in conjunction with safety consciousness.
• Ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and according to specifications.
• Efficiently allocate manpower, materials, and equipment for ACMV projects, optimising resource utilisation.
• Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to maintain transparency and build strong relationships.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in ACMV/HVAC and electrical systems.
• Identifying and proactively resolving potential issues to minimise delays and ensure project success.
• Responsible for project logistics, scheduling and deployment of manpower and tools.
• Responsible for development of personnel under the team, advocating for discipline, safety, training, continuously learning and upgrading skills of on ground team members.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Nitec/ Diploma Of Certifications in Mechanical /Electrical.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project, preferably within the ACMV/HVAC and electrical industry.
• Possess a strong understanding of ACMV/HVAC and electrical systems, along with relevant technical knowledge.
• Construction related certifications to perform duties, eg. Safety, M&E, etc.
• A natural leader with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• A problem solver with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Detail-oriented and have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
