Requirements

· Preferably GCE ‘N’ certification or equivalent with at least 1 year experience in handling similar job scope

· Experience working in a School environment handling administrative jobs

· Competent in IT Skills such as Microsoft Words, Excel or Powerpoint applications

· Experience in handling stakeholders e.g. Staff, Parents and Students

· A team player with good interpersonal, organisation and communication skills

· Possess the ability to work well in a dynamic environment

Job Description

· Discharging duties like handling telephone calls and enquiries/requests on school events and general school-related questions.

· Printing of approved notes, circulars, test/examination papers for teaching staff, office administration, parents support groups. It includes lamination and binding.

· Recording of mails and timely distribution of mails, notices, circulars, etc to school staff.

· Checking the forms cabinet regularly and print copies to top up when the number of forms runs low.

· Monitoring and replenishing the general office consumables, tracking usage, maintaining and inventory and informing the supervisor when the stock runs low.

· Shredding of old documents and ensuring upkeep of the office store.

· Performing any other duties assigned by the Principal, Vice Principal and Administration Manager.

Job Scope:

1) Cleaning and tidying of college areas:

• General Office
• HOD Room
• Staff Room
• Meeting Rooms
• Staff Pantries
• Lift Lobby and
• Toilets

2) Hostel:

• To escort contractor (ad-hoc or term) to respective locations for repair and maintenance
• To check for any common area defects
• To carry out gardening works, Eg. water potted plants
• To carry out cleaning works for rooms, including preparing bedlinens for new ad-hoc check-in
• To carry out cleaning works for common area, Eg. wet area, lift lobby, office, meeting room, toilet, empty recycle bins (NEA bluboxes) etc
• To store keep the luggage room, such as bed linens, tools and spare parts for ad-hoc repairs
• General maintenance such as changing of filter for air purifier, maintenance and replacement of vacuum cleaner bags etc

3) Any other duties as assigned by Officer-in-charge

Job Requirement:

• Preferably 2 years’ experience in cleaning and general maintenance work

Job Scope:

• Support Level 1 & Service tasks
• Ensure customer satisfaction in maintenance and support
• Analyse, Troubleshoot, solve assigned tickets by the Team lead.
• Formalize corrective action plans or local workaround within the SLA
• Solve or escalate the analysis to the Level 2 support
• Communicate regularly to keep the customer informed on the progress
• Maintain components of IT infra and backend, including Hardware and Software
• Replacements of Hardware/Endpoint equipment when faulty.
• Perform site administration activities – Regular health checks on endpoints, Regular restart of services, monthly report submission.
• Perform Preventive maintenance of servers and wide range of endpoint devices.
• Backup and Restore – Database backups, logs housekeeping, Image backup of endpoint, workstation, servers etc.,
• Perform OS Patching, Anti-virus update, security patching.
• Assist in Change/Service request deployment and testing.
