Job Scope:

• Attending to School General Office front-desk duties.
• Handling telephone calls and walk-in enquiries.
• Receiving in-coming mails / goods deliveries and arranging outgoing mails for posting.
• Maintaining, updating, and compilation of data.
• Attend to / assist unwell students.
• Logistical e.g. taking photos/videos and admin support for school programmes, events or resource preparation.
• Assist in other general admin duties when assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or GCE ‘O’ level or higher.
• Proficient in MS office i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
• Pleasant disposition, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant experience in administration and/or customer service.

Working Arrangement:

Mondays to Fridays: 7:00am to 4:15pm

Role:

• Lead sales efforts in assigned regions.
• Develop and expand assigned markets.
• Generate and pursue sales leads.
• Provide weekly and monthly sales updates to management.

• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication.
• Hunter mentality with strong closing skills.
• Experience selling software solutions.
• Knowledge of the shipping and offshore sectors.
• Experience in energy optimization within the maritime industry is an advantage.
• Experience in marketing and producing marketing materials is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a mariner is an advantage.
• Holds a tertiary education with a recognized degree qualification.

Responsibilities:

• The candidates will have to be responsible for the team, ensuring day to day operations run smoothly, critical projects/apps are prioritised and escalations handled appropriately. The lead should also proactively promote service excellence by identifying strategies that can be adapted and scaled to drive operational efficiency across the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Tertiary Education in a technology discipline, AWS Solution Architect Associate level certification, 3 year working experience in a similar setting would be preferred.
  • Reasonable amount of AWS knowledge/experience
  • Relevant knowledge in troubleshooting flair.
  • Bonus: Relevant knowledge/experience on Jenkins/Bitbucket/Python is a bonus.
  • These security tickets are triggered from various sources, such as AWSConfig , Cloudwatch and CSPM tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (or similar)

• Overseeing the implementation of the Project Quality Plan
