Reporting to the Director, the Operations Executive candidate is to manage projects assigned and is competent on the following:

- to supervise the well being and performance of the staffs managed under the candidate's care

- to liaise with clients on their business needs, plan the necessary schedule and supervise the execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepares cost estimates as required.

- Preparation of measurement sheets and assists in quantity take-off as required.

- Assist in estimation of direct & indirect costs for sub-contract sublet.

- Monitors and records site progress and keep records of day works.

- Checks the allocation of manpower and productivity. Prepares comparison sheets for quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

- Preparation of payments advice and review then certify claim submission for subcontractors and suppliers.

- Assist in claims preparation in coordination with the Project Manager/Director.

- Follow up payments from main contractor/consultant/client.

- Assist the PD/PM to establish and operate project cost control.

- Provides advice on contractual claims, VO or other contractual matters.

- Measures and computes values to variations and prepares interim and/or final accounts.

- To provide estimate, computations & work on contractual/technical/project change orders.

- Prepares monthly progress payments to main contractors/consultant/clients.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

- University degree in Engineering (Electrical)/QS or Project/Construction Management

- Computer literate, Microsoft & CAD

- Excellent oral and written communication skills with proficiency in English

- With construction and M&E background

- 3 years relevant work experience

- Possess good mathematical and accounting skills

- Plays an active role in the project execution to complete the task on time with the optimum utilization of resources.

Position Overview:

The position will be responsible for end-to-end implementation of APAC Customer & Commercial IT solutions with, from definition, initiation, planning, implementation to operation-state (including documentation, problem & resolution management) across APAC mainly focusing on South Pacific cluster. This person will lead the project management of transforming the business through digitization in the agreed scope, timeline & investment. This role shall provide subject-matter-expert in business digital transformation, systems & processes relating to Customer & Commercial functional areas. The position will be a member of the ASEAN & South Pacific (ASP) IT team & APAC IT Customer & Commercial (CCL) Systems team & reports to APAC CCL IT COE Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project lead with multi-functional, regional, business units & bottlers to manage & deliver the agreed solutions, sprints & releases within the timeline & budget
• Responsible for supporting CCL solutions and managing escalations for the business to vendors and partners as required.

Job Requirements: (The following is a listing of minimum indicated requirements for this job)

• Experience in FMCG industry, preferably Customer & Commercial functions
• Minimum 8 years of strong track record in leading, delivering & managing complex regional IT & business digital transformation solutions in a large global corporation with multi-stakeholders, multi-functions & cross-country IT delivery teams
• Strong communication & influencing skills in a matrix & global environment
• Deep understanding of SDLC & Project Management, particularly Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong experience in management, evaluation & negotiation with multiple service providers/vendors
• Experiences on the following technology:

- Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud
- eCommerce platforms for B2B, B2C, B2B2C, O2O
- Payment solutions
- Date warehouse & data management tools (preferably Tableau, Power BI)
- IoT technologies

• Willing to take frequent conference calls out of regular office hours
• Ability to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related
• Certifications in PMP/Agile/Scrum/BA will be preferred
