• Execute and follow through the sales plan set by the manager with the aim to expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in Singapore.
• Work as a team to gather information to submit tender.
• Continuously improve on own’s knowledge on supplier’s products with the aim to introduce technology that add value to the customers.
• Review sales activities with the management on a weekly basis, including the status of prospective customers, plans to meet sales goals and status on deadlines.
• Working with the Sales Manager, produces report regularly to communicate with supplier on sales activities and status of project.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering
• Minimum 1 year of related experience or no experience is welcome too!
• Must posses Class 3 Driving License
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only

Job Description:

• Drive product proposals & projects for new features/initiatives by collaborating with internal stakeholders in our regional product, business development, operations & marketing teams
• Drive feature rollout and launches - includes managing the rollout plan, stakeholders management, UATs, and product education to other business teams
• Project Management - Coordinate complex projects and timelines while aligning and managing stakeholders expectations to ensure smooth delivery
• System integration - Provide technical support to both local and international partners for them to integrate into the ShopeePay ecosystem

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience working in payments, e-commerce or tech

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex business/technical information to different audiences both verbally and in writing
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable with data-driven decision-making. Working knowledge of SQL is a plus

Job Description:

• Liaise and co-ordinate with contractors for maintenance works
• Supervise work done by the contractors and ensure their performance are in conformance with the service level agreements.
• Facilities inspection to ensure all preventive maintenance works are completed without defect
• Ensure monthly reports/claims are accurately maintained and submitted to client in a timely manner
• Report to the client on the progress of work in connection to the contract and attend to any complaints they have
• To monitor progress payments and ensure they are promptly received from client and also made to all vendors involved.
• Ensure compliance to relevant statutory requirements

Job Requirement:
