1. Project Management - To work with various stakeholders for application support or implementation of IT Workplans and be involved in various stages of the SDLC.

Requirements/ Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in project management from end to end process which includes RFP till delivery
• Experience in support on RFP specification, pricing, evaluation etc
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT infrastructure projects, with a focus on systems and network
• Experience in individual contributor role in current role
• Strong background in technical System engineering / networking background
• PMP or equivalent project manager certification is a plus
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies and networking principles
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Excellent communication, leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work effectively under pressure

RESPONSIBILITY AND JOB DESCRIPTION:

1) Work closely with Project Manager to manage projects.

2) In charge of coordinating and liaising all site works (own work + subcons/vendors).

3) Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise; update to PM.

4) Make sure all works on site proceed smoothly and according to schedule.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

1) Responsible and accountable.

2) Adaptive and quick on the feet to handle challenges on site.

3) Good communication skills with clients/IDs/consultants/subcons/vendors etc.

4) Able to multi-task and manage several site's issues at one time.

5) Manage stress/pressure and handover sites with tight deadlines.

6) Experience using computers for a variety of tasks (E.g emails).

7) Competency in Microsoft applications (E.g Word, Excel etc).

8) Ability to read drawings.

GOOD TO HAVE (OPTIONAL):

1) Proven work experience or similar role.

2) Some experience in project management.

3) Proficiency in different languages.

4) Class 3 license.
