The Administration Executive supports outlet operations in the areas of property, tenancy and financial management. He/she ensures that records and reports are properly maintained and made available to internal and external clients in a timely and accurate manner.

From time-to-time, the Administration Executive may also assist with other administrative duties relating to meeting coordination, procurement, customer service and regulatory / audit compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates day-to-day administrative functions with business partners, shared service centers and third party service providers (e.g. payroll, invoicing, insurance)
• Interfaces with government agencies on the administration of relevant policies
• Tracking and monitoring of performance metrics
• Administers license agreements, including termination and contract enforcement
• Performs cyclical and off-cycle invoicing
• Perform regular, ad hoc purchases and cost allocation
• Reconciles and monitors licensee sales and accounts receivable
• Manage applications, renewals and cancellations for utilities and various licenses
• Responds to customer inquiries and feedback, including handling and qualifying incoming sales enquiries
• Clerical duties including, but not limited to maintaining data accuracy and completeness, filing, note-taking, meeting support, claims submission
• Month end inventory reconciliation

• GCE "O" Level/ Diploma
• Organized and meticulous
• Familiarity with office applications, especially GSheet/ Excel and Word/ Docs
• Prior experience in the retail/ service industry preferred, especially in food services
• Familiarity with ERP (SAP) and CRM (Zendesk) will be an advantage

As the Regional Business Portfolio Controller, you are the financial and analytical business partner for the Leasing and Legal teams in sales markets in your region, working with controlling of the expansion strategy and portfolio management. You ensure accuracy in budgeting, P&L methodology and sales and profit forecasting, performanalyses for the region and support in strategic plans, support and give insights as data expert to the regional team and sales markets through collaboration and stakeholder management. Key responsibilities

• Set routines for sales and cost forecasting to prepare business cases, and create and continuously update benchmark data for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
• Support Regional Expansion by strategically distributing Capex to the sales markets and analyze trends and deviations versus budget/targets to draw conclusions for improvement.
• Contribute to the strategy for growth, consolidations, negotiations, and portfolio management in your region; translateregional strategies into tangible goals for sales markets and support the Leasing function in setting clear strategies and goals.
• Analyze the portfolio to identify key success factors, targets, and areas of opportunity; supportsales market teams by raising the need for relevant tools with global Controlling, implementing controlling routines, and ensuring accurate data for business cases.
• Work closely with the regional Expansion controlling team, sales market Leasing, and C&F functions to develop analysis methods, BI tools, LIMA functionality, and reports.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering or at least 3 years of relevant working experience work experience.
• Experience from preparing and presenting financial reporting to senior management and other stakeholders
• Data analysis and visualization skills
• Advanced level in Power BI and familiarity with VBA
• Knowledge about common accounting principles.

This is a full-time position, reporting to the Regional Expansion Controlling Manager.

This position is based in Singapore.
