• The Facilities Management Executive will be responsible for the facilities management, including the upkeep and maintenance, and building operations according to the required standards.
• Plan, organise, coordinate, and oversee operational processes of the areas assigned, including upgrading, renovation, and redevelopment works
• Source for comparative vendors/contractors to carry out renovations, building maintenance, and repair works
• Work together with other functions/departments to ensure work specifications are carried out efficiently and promptly
• Work closely and liaise with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to implement cost-effective, simpler, and faster ways of carrying out facilities development
• Attend to defects and faults reported on-site, conduct investigation and determine the cause of the defect
