Key Responsibilities

The department is Asset Management. This department is primarily responsible for the management of the operational PBSA properties in Australia, the focus of the department is centred on 4 main objectives, providing our residents an unforgettable journey in our property, budget management, operator management and lastly improving and preserving the value of the property.

The department you will be in is the Asset Management department which is currently split into 2 teams by geographies. Your designation is Associate, Asset Management, and you will report directly to the team head. You will be based in Singapore but are expected to travel to Australia regularly and whenever required.
